Smoked Meat Rub
This rub is excellent when you smoke ribs (baby back), brisket, duck or goose.
Ingredients:
- 3/4 cup paprika
- 1/4 cup ground black pepper
- 1/4 cup salt
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 Tbl chili powder
- 2 Tbl garlic powder
- 2 Tbl onion powder
- 2 Tbl cayenne
Mix the spices thoroughly in a bowl. Store covered in a cool, dark pantry
Rub into meat and let meat sit in the refrigerator a few hours or overnight to let spices soak in.
