Chocolate Tunnel Cake
Ingredients:
- 1 package (3.9 ounces) chocolate instant pudding
- 1 1/4 cups milk
- 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate morsels
- 1 package chocolate cake mix
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 cup water
Heat oven to 375°F. Spray bundt pan with nonstick
cooking spray.
Combine pudding mix, milk and morsels in small bowl,
set aside.
Mix cake mix, oil, eggs and water until smooth.
Pour about 1/2 of the cake batter in a bundt pan, then
gently spoon the pudding in a circular pattern around the
middle of the ring of the bundt pan. Spread remaining cake
batter over the pudding. Bake 35 - 40 minutes.
Cool about 10 minutes, then invert very carefully onto a
round cake plate. Let cool and frost with a glaze or
just some whipped topping.
This cake is very delicate and falls easily because of
the pudding part. If it falls, don't worry, it will
still taste great - just ask the kids.
