Broccoli Salad
Ingredients:
- 1 Tbl white vinegar
- 1/2 cup mayo
- 1/2 cup miracle whip
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 bunch of broccoli (use only the florets - cut into bite size)
- 1/2 purple onion diced real small
- 1/3 cup raisins (dark ones)
- 1/3 cup chopped dates
- 1/3 cup sunflower seeds
- 1/4 cup bacon bits
Combine the first four ingredients in a bowl for the sauce. Mix well
and let sit while you make the rest of the salad - to give the sugar time to dissolve.
Combine remaining ingredients in your serving bowl and then slowly stir in the sauce.
Serve immediately, this recipe is not good if it sits or as a leftover.
